አቶ ግርማ በአንድ ወቅት በአንድ የአገር ውስጥ ቴሌቪዥን ይህንኑ አስመልክተው ሲናገሩ፣ "የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ደመወዝ እኮ አፍሪካ ውስጥ 3 አውሮፕላን ከሚያስተዳድር አንድ ግለሰብ ደመወዝ ያነሰ ነው፤ እርካታው ግን የትየለሌ ነው" ብለው ነበር
