ዋናው ምክንያት ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አህመድ ኢትዮጵያ በቀይ ባሕር ላይ የባሕር በር ማግኘት አለባት ብለው በተደጋጋሚ መናገራቸው ነው

The main reason is that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has repeatedly said that Ethiopia must obtain a sea outlet on the Red Sea.

Referring to this in a domestic television interview at one time, Mr. Girma said, "The CEO of Ethiopian Airlines actually earns less than an individual in Africa who manages three airplanes, yet the responsibility cannot be compared."
